With more than two decades of experience, Chad Cattell is a seasoned real estate professional who has successfully guided clients through nearly 700 transactions. Licensed since 2001, Chad’s career has spanned respected brokerages including Troxel Realty in Battle Creek, Foundation Realty in Lenawee County, and Reinhart Realtors in Washtenaw County. Today, as the Broker/Owner of Destination Real Estate, he combines deep industry knowledge with a personal commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.

Chad’s journey into real estate is backed by a degree in Information Technology and years of leadership as an Associate Broker. This unique blend of technical skill and market expertise allows him to approach every transaction with a data-driven mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a focus on precision. His extensive background in managing REO properties for national institutions such as Fannie Mae, HSBC, and Green River Capital has honed his ability to navigate complex deals and deliver results under pressure.

A lifelong Michigan resident, Chad was born and raised in Tecumseh, with a decade-long chapter in Battle Creek before returning home. He has an intimate understanding of the Lenawee, Washtenaw, and Calhoun County markets. Outside of real estate, Chad enjoys traveling, playing golf and basketball, and volunteering in his community.
